Apple and Google have recently updated their security standards for mobile applications. Because of these changes, the West Texas State Bank Mobile Banking app must run on newer operating system versions to stay secure and remain available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Apps that fail to meet these requirements will not be available for download and cannot issue updates.

Soon, mobile devices will be required to use the following operating system versions to be able to view, download, and update the West Texas State Bank Mobile Banking app:

• Apple devices must have iOS 15 or greater.
• Android devices must have Android version 13 or greater.

Users who already have the app installed can continue to use it, but devices that do not meet the new requirements will stop receiving app updates. Over time, those users will begin experiencing a loss of functionality. They will also lose access to some app features as new updates are released.
